When placing your order, you can choose your preferred delivery day. For €6.95 (NL), €9.95 (BE) or €13.50 (DE, AT, FR, ES and PL) your cushion will be delivered by parcel service. Shortly after your order, you’ll receive a track & trace link. Please note that the delivery date may vary slightly, so be sure to follow the track & trace updates.

Ordering a Ilsa cushion together with a sofa? Then two professionals from our logistics partner will deliver both products to your living room for €99 (€149 for Spain). For The Netherlands you will receive a tracking link one day before delivery with a 2-hour time slot. For all other countries, our carrier will contact you in the week prior to delivery to arrange a delivery date. Our team will unpack and assemble the items, and take the packaging with them so you can immediately enjoy your new purchase.
